Course Introduction

"Corporate Law and Intellectual Property" is a general elective course specially designed for industrial design students, aiming to teach students basic knowledge of corporate law and intellectual property law. The course mainly focuses on the establishment and organization of companies and the protection of intellectual property rights in industrial design. Its contents mainly include: company establishment and organization (establishment and organization of limited liability companies, joint stock companies), copyright law, Trademark law, patent law, etc. Through the teaching of this course, students will be able to grasp the basic conditions and organizational structure of the establishment of a company in my country, the specific elements of intellectual property protection and the basic rules of infringement determination, and can use the theories of copyright law, trademark law and patent law to analyze intellectual property case, solve practical problems, and improve students' legal thinking ability and legal innovation ability through teaching, cultivate students' legal system concept, and provide a thinking path in the direction of law for designing professional courses.
