Course Introduction
In the context of new social conditions and technological foundation changes, the social design major faces more system design problems in complex situations such as cross-disciplinary,undefined problem& target, etc. The course focuses on introducing system-oriented design (SOD, System Oriented Design) The method and knowledge system of product service system (Product Service System), from the three levels of thinking, method and practice, require students to re-understand the complexity, system and cross-domain of design objects, from the perspective of environmental, social and technological changes. From the perspective, understand the discovery and definition of complex economic and social development and other thorny problems (Wicked Problems). On the basis of the classic design process, start from the definition and discovery of problems, and seek to meet the complex design problems such as environmental sustainability, business innovation and social development. Integral design solution including service model/business model/information interaction/product system integration. "Problem orientation", "system thinking" and "product and service integration solutions" are the key and difficult points of course teaching.
