胡莹,博士,教授,博士生导师。本科毕业于湖南大学,获得工学学士学位。硕士研究生毕业于同济大学,获得设计艺术学硕士学位。2014年6月毕业于湖南大学,获得设计学博士学位。2014年6月至2015年6月被国家留学基金委选派至英国伦敦大学玛丽女王学院(QMUL)做访问学者。2016年1月至2018年10月,湖南大学计算机科学与技术流动站博士后。《Design Studies》编委会成员、《The DesignJournal》编委团评审委员会成员,International Journal of Technology and Design Education SCI& SSCI检索期刊、the Design Journal A&HCI检索期刊、(IASDR)国际会议审稿专家,2020全球服务设计大会论坛演讲者,荣获2021年“湖湘青年英才”支持计划。圆满完成2022冬奥睡眠产品与服务体验设计任务,创建服务设计启发式卡片工具包(SDHCs)系列。指导学生参加国内外(Dubai Global Grad Show, DIA等)设计竞赛并获奖十余次。所授课程《服务设计与商业模式》获评国家级一流、省级精品课程”,《服务设计策略与启发式》作为首批课程被列入《服务设计人才资质认定体系》。
