Course Introduction

Targeting on the “touch point” of service in our daily life, this course introduces the theory, process, methods and tools in the service design, and solve sustainable problems and connectivity problems in social development through advanced intelligent IoT technology. The course aims to help students develop an ability to structure the logic and innovational thinking of service, improve user experience and design value, and rapidly build interactive prototype and business model, which is essential to their research and practice in the field of service design. Various approaches are employed in this course including lecturing, demonstrating, discussion, design practice, and commenting.
