Zhong Chengdong
A 94th alumni of industrial design at the School of Design and Art, Hunan University. He is currently the chief user experience officer of Kingdee Butterfly Gold Company. He has served as Director of Consumer Research at Nielsen China, Head of CE Practise; Director of User Experience Center of China Mobile Aspire; UI Design Manager of Huawei Terminal Company.
He is the user experience expert organization UXPA China Director, the person in charge of the China User Experience Design Competition and the master plan. For many years, he has been committed to guiding the user experience education in colleges and universities, promoting the UCD practice of enterprises, and has won wide acclaim and recognition from the industry.
He is a special lecturer at Nielsen University, a member of the UXPA China Lecturer Group, a postgraduate tutor at the Zhejiang University Industrial Design School, and a lecturer in the MBA market research course at the Zhejiang University School of Management. Actively advocate and practice user-centered design-to-operational ideas and solutions.
He is a user experience consultant for a number of corporate projects in telecommunications, large e-commerce, technology and finance. For example, we will guide the planning of China Mobile Group's user experience management, lead the implementation of relevant information platform construction and deployment, in charge of the planning of China Merchants Bank customer experience monitoring system, and dominate the implementation of Vipshop user image research and application.
During his time in Nielsen, he created the entire Greater China Customer Experience solution, creatively launched a series of user experience management products such as a triggered research platform and a public beta platform. During his time in Huawei, the UI design department of the terminal company was established to lead the UCD system to introduce and build a series of terminal UI platforms, supporting a full range of terminal products.
