Chu Dongxiao
He graduated from the Department of Industrial Design of Hunan University in 2001 and graduated from Master's degree in 2004. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Urban Design of Wuhan University, director of the Department of Design and Design of the Department of Design, and deputy director of the Department of Design Development and Talent Cultivation.
In October 2007, he entered the Materials Planning and Research Division of the Graduate School of Engineering, National Chiba University, Japan. He studied under the leadership of the former Japanese Design Society, Mr. Aoki Aoki, and pursued a Ph.D. in design engineering. During his time as a member, he participated in Professor Aoki Aoki and Watanabe. Professor Cheng, co-chaired by the Ministry of Education, Japan, and the Ministry of Education, the "Higher Design Education Program - the "Service Product Design" as the core competency of talent training research" fund project, entered the interdisciplinary "Service & Product Design Research Office" specially established by Chiba University Conduct research on service design and innovation, value creation and sustainable design of service products.
He has participated in many important international academic conferences in the field of design and published papers and has published more than 10 academic papers including Japanese as well as English in authoritative journals and international conferences such as Design Studies in Japan, and published one academic monograph in English. He was awarded the highest level of academic achievement evaluation of Wuhan University in 2015, guided his students to win a number of domestic and international industrial design competition awards.
At present, he is engaged in the teaching research work of "Design Psychology", "Product Development and Design", "Emotional Design", "Design Analysis", "Design Innovation" and other courses. His research focus on service & product design theory and methods, value co-creation, perceptual engineering, sustainable design and innovation of service products.
