School of Design,Hunan University and School of Design,Pforzheim University held a 12-day cooperation for workshop on June 22, 2018.
1.The premise background

In March of this year, Professor Cosima Striepe from School of Design,Pforzheim University,came to our school to give lectures.At the invitation, Teacher Zhong Ming also went to Germany for a return visit in June, and participated in student's course workshop and guide them.
2. Course theme
Bystronic precision glass automatic assembly line.
Bystronic Precision Machine Tool(Bystronic Inc cooperation) is an automation company that provides advanced solutions for sheet metal processing.Bystronic has its own set of very long glass lines, and the glass needs to be carefully handled during assembly and transportation to avoid damage.Students are now required to propose a viable upgrade plan for the distribution process of their glass lines.The course lasts for one month, in the form of a workshop, and finally each group submits a demo video of the program.
3. New comer
As a new comer in Pforzheim University,Mr. Zhong Ming introduced School of design,Hunan University and M-Studio.He showed students the style of our school, achievements of the institute and achievements of many projects since the establishment of the studio.

4.Introduction of the program
Into the program introduction stage, Professor Cosima Striepe and Mr. Zhong Ming listened to the concept of each group of students, and gave detailed guidance to each group's team members and put forward a series of opinions.

5.Teaching scene
In order to enable students to produce the final video better, Mr. Zhong Ming explained the importance of commercial video to the students, introduced several principles for making video, and showed students a series of excellent commercial video cases of Xiaomi and Huawei. Allow students to have a clearer idea of making commercial videos.
Du Hongqing explained how to make video scripts and video clips for students to provide a clear idea for their subsequent video production.He showed students how to use Keyshot software and After Effect to render production videos and answered questions that students have encountered in the application software.
6. Project presentation
After five days of adjustment and production, on the morning of July 3, each group came to the classroom to showcase their carefully prepared design and production video.

After two weeks of communication, the workshop was officially completed.This exchange visit is not only to let students familiarize with how to make commercial promotion videos, but also greatly promotes the international exchange of school of design,Hunan University with the international community.The reputation of School of Design,Hunan University in the international arena has been enhanced. The design of Hunan University has taken a big step towards internationalization.
