房聪，博士，助理教授，岳麓学者（晨星岗）。曾任英国皇家艺术学院人工智能设计研究所访问研究员、设计学院客座讲师，英国伦敦国王学院访问博士研究员，香港理工大学设计学院副研究员。主要从事人智协同、智能设计、设计方法、体验设计等方向研究，关注如何设计和利用技术支持人与智能的协同设计与创造。曾作为主要成员参与国家社会科学基金艺术学重大项目、香港政府智能交通基金资助项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等项目，共同主持省人文社科项目一项。在Design Studies、The Design Journal、Computers in Human Behaviour、CHI、CSCW、装饰等国内外权威期刊和会议累积发表三十余篇，其中 ESI 高被引两篇，授权专利十余项，担任The Design Journal评审委员会委员，担任Design Studies、International Journal of Human-Computer Studies、Computers in Industry、ACM CHI、ACM CSCW等设计学、人机交互领域权威期刊和会议长期审稿人。

Dr. Cong FANG is an Assistant Professor and Yuelu Scholar (Rising Star Track). She previously served as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence in Design (AiDLab) and a Guest Lecturer in the School of Design at the Royal College of Art, UK; a Visiting Ph.D. Researcher at King’s College London, UK; and a Research Associate in the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Her research interests lie in human–AI collaboration, intelligent design, design methodology, and experience design, with a focus on designing and leveraging technologies to support human–AI collaboration in design and creative processes. As a key team member, she has contributed to several funded research projects, including Major Projects of the NSSFC, projects supported by the Hong Kong Government’s Smart Traffic Fund, and General Program projects of the NSFC. She has also co-led a provincial-level humanities and social sciences research project.

Dr. Fang has published more than 30 papers in leading journals and conference proceedings, including Design Studies, The Design Journal, Computers in Human Behaviour, ACM CHI, ACM CSCW, and Zhuangshi. Two of her publications have been recognised as ESI Highly Cited Papers. She also holds more than ten granted patents.

Dr. Fang serves as a member of the College of Reviewer Members of The Design Journal and is a regular reviewer for leading journals and conferences in design and human–computer interaction, including Design Studies, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, Computers in Industry, ACM CHI, and ACM CSCW.
