刘玉堂

刘玉堂

刘玉堂,男,1971年出生,中共党员,湖北监利人,理学博士,设计艺术学院党委书记兼副院长,环境科学与工程学院、环境生物与控制教育部重点实验室(湖南大学)博士生导师,研究员。1996年6月湖南大学本科毕业留校工作,2002、2008年先后在职攻读硕士、博士学位,2004年12月获工学硕士学位,2011年6月获理学博士学位。研究兴趣:高性能光催化材料的开发与利用;重金属废水与难降解有机废水处理的理论与工程研究;环境、生态规划。

2003年4月起先后任湖南大学网络学院副院长、实验室建设与设备管理处副处长、科研实验与检测中心主任、湖大医院书记兼副院长、设计艺术学院党委书记兼副院长。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目 (51378187)、湖南省自然科学基金项目(10JJ5051)、湖南省科技计划项目 (2014WK3030、2010WK3033)、湖南省高等教育教学改革研究等项目多项;作为主研人员还参与国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省科技重大专项、大型企业科技开发项目若干项。

研究成果获2014年度湖南省自然科学奖一等奖(第四完成人,水中微量持久性污染物识别捕集和去除材料的构建方法和调控原理)。
